Course content

- The concept of studying psychology - Department of Psychology: personnel, technical, time, space, literature and teaching capacities - Nature and content of studies - Scientific and research work - Information resources in psychology - Fundamentals of first aid The course includes a block teaching of the first aid course, which takes place on a set day in the timetable.

Learning outcomes
|
Orientation of studies at the University and the Faculty of Arts, preparation of professional text and system of work with literature. Basics of first aid.
Students in the course learn the basic facts about Psychology department of Palacky University in Olomouc and gain the skills to work with literature and citation apparatus. Students will learn in theory and practise the basics of the first aid.

Basics of first aid are tested in writen exam.
