1) Historical development of working in self-knowledge group 2) Parralels and differences between social-psychological training (SPT) and group psychotherapy 3) Encounter groups and their impact on SPT 4) Group dynamics (components and elements) 5) Formal and informal group structure and its identity 6) Importance and consequenses of cohesion in SPT 7) Imporatance and consequenses of tension in SPT 8) Profits and losses of subgroups 9) Goals of SPT 10) Standards and rules of behaviour in group 11) Background for SPT (time-sheet, organizing and social background) 12) Selection of training methods 13) Steps to realizing techniques in SPT 14) Benefits, threats and difficulties in SPT 15) Expected ways of learning in SPT 16) Leadership in group 17) Leader and his functions in SPT 18) Co-leading in SPT 19) Basic axis of working in SPT 20) Progress of SPT 21) Introducing and its importance for SPT 22) Icebreakers and its importance and threats in SPT 23) Rules in SPT 24) Non-verbal communication and its importance for SPT 25) Verbal communication and its importance for SPT 26) "Breaking-ups" in communication 27) Reflection and its importance for SPT 28) Feedback in SPT 29) Competitive and cooperation in SPT 30) Trust and how to work with it in SPT 31) Self-knowledge in SPT 32) Available ways of working with techniques in SPT

Learning outcomes
The understanding of mechanisms and princips which one has to take into account in the frame of working with the training group. Students will be taught not only about the historical evolution of the work with group but also with its dynamism, group structure, positions, roles and also with the rules of group functioning.
- student knows difference forms of working with training group - student knows terms "structure of group" and "group dynamics" and is able to work with it - student knows term "basic axis of working in self-knowledge group"
