Course content
Contents: - Basic concepts and relations in teamwork and working groups -the most important terminology and relationships principles of team-work, defining the team to a group, the operation patterns Team -management styles of groups and teams conflict-resolution process in a team / group, individual strategies Solutions -basic principles of management meetings, mediation teambuilding and problem-the individual activities - Psychodiagnostic methods in the context of teamwork

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Demonstration
  • Attendace - 3 hours per semester
  • Preparation for the Course Credit - 27 hours per semester
  • Homework for Teaching - 50 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Basic concepts and relationships in teamwork and working groups, defining the team to a group, patterns of team functioning. In addition, student: - Knows the basic concepts and relationships in teamwork and working groups -is most familiar with the terminology and relationships -knows the principles of teamwork, defining the team to a group, the operation patterns Team know-management styles of groups and teams "means the process of conflict resolution in a team / group, knows various strategies Solutions -knows the basic principles of management meetings, mediation -has a basic understanding of the problem and its various teambuilding activities -has a basic understanding of psychological methods in the context of team work
