1st Definition and functions of human communication 2nd Failures and barriers in interpersonal communication 3rd Verbal and non-verbal communication 4th Empathy, listening 5th Assertiveness, basic concepts and techniques 6th Types of group communication-types of communication structures 7th Disorders in interpersonal communication

  • Preparation for the Course Credit - 2 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Theoretical aspects of verbal and nonverbal communication, communication styles. Practical training in the identification and management of communication gaps, training of public manners.
