Learning outcomes |
The aim of this subject is to teach the students the particular processes of Human Resources Management (further HR). This subject follows the subject HR1 and presents the sudents with other specific areas. The students will achieve the knowledge through practising various methods of HR, solving case studies, making presentations and group discussions.
After finishing this course students will have the folowing Knowledge - describe talent management - describe work evaluation - describe specific topics of HR in small, meduim and big companies - decsribe actual trends in HR - describe the role of psychologists in work areas Skills - calculate staff turnover - design evaluation system for selected positions - design motivation system for selected positions - write a psychological assessment |

Oral exam, Student performance, Seminar Work
Credit test: team assignments on a fictional company handed in EDIS e-learning . Exam: Written test based on HR 1 and HR 2 with the minimum limit of 80%. |
