Course content
1.Sports Psychology of science and its practical applications 2nd Personality in top sport - athlete, coach, referee, stress situation in sport, activation and aspiration levels, aggression, structure and dynamics of a sports team, typology of sports activities, psychological preparation 3rd Outdoor, teambuilding, Summer School Lipnice, modeling extreme situations and their impact on personality 4th Exercise Psychology (exercise psychology), fitness - wellness, lifestyle, motivation to exercise, the issue of body image (body image), the dependence on exercise as a primary disorder. 5th Kinesiotherapy and Adventure Therapy (Adventure Therapy) as a method in the treatment of mental illness

Lecture, Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
The course provides basic information about the application of the psychological knowledge in physical education, recreation movement, performance and Sport and the possibility of application of knowledge from kinanthropology and in the psycho-kinesiology and psychotherapy.
Students understood the basic principles of influencing the behavior and experience in stress situations associated with physical activity Student is able to apply psychological knowledge in the context of physical exercise (recreational, power and sport). Student is motivated to further acquisition of knowledge in the field of lifelong learning.
