Course content
Questions for Forensic Psychology 1.The concept of forensic, penintential psychology, the subject of forensic psychology and its relationship to other psychological disciplines and other sciences 2. Division of forensic psychology, methods of forensic and penitentiary psychology 3. Concepts of prison, imprisonment, prison functions, prison systems, classification, organization of Czech prison system 4. Punishment in historical context and its interpretation and changes over time to the present, philosophy of punishment - development of the view of punishment, retribution, isolation 5. Forensic psychology - view of development over time 6. Causes of criminal behaviour - basic theories of crime, socio-structural theories 7. Causes of criminal behaviour - basic theories of crime, socio-procedural theory 8. Causes of criminal behaviour - basic theories of crime, victimological theories 9. Types of punishments according to the Criminal Code, Act No. 40/2000 Coll., alternative punishments - types, possibilities of imposing, control, effectiveness 10.
