Classification of predictors 12. Physical requirements for work and their assessment 13. Intelligence and abilities in work psychology 14. Tests of intelligence and tests of specific cognitive abilities 15. The meaning of personality for experiencing and behavior at work 16. Learning outcomes
|
The course represents the state final exam in work and management psychology. The aim is to verify knowledge in the field of work and organizational psychology extended in the MSc study program.
The acquisition of basic competencies to perform the role of a professional psychologist of work and organization. Student acquired developed knowledge in the field of work and organizational psychology: 1) Work psychology (including the psychology of personnel selection and coaching) 2) Organizational psychology (including managerial psychology, organizational climate, and culture, team work) 3) Human resources management (including market and advertising psychology)

Prerequisites
|
A student has to fulfill all study demands set in the Study and exam code of Palacky University, which are required for attendance of the state final exam.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral exam
The prerequisite for attendance of the state final exam consists of knowledge from the study of key field courses in the MSc study program, being followed the previous study in the BA study program. Particularly, the attention is paid to the study of topics and literature in the courses: Human resources management 1, Human resources management 2, and Psychology of personnel selection. Besides that, a student can gain extended knowledge in courses: Managerial psychology, Team work, and Coaching.
