1. Organic mental disorders, neuropsychological diagnostics, differential diagnosis, psychotherapeutic possibilities, possibilities of neurorehabilitation. 2. Schizophrenic disorders, psychological diagnostics, psychological diagnostics, differential diagnosis, psychotherapeutic possibilities. 3. Affective disorders, psychological diagnostics, differential diagnosis, psychotherapeutic possibilities. 4. Neurotic disorders, psychological diagnostics, differential diagnosis, psychotherapeutic possibilities. 5. Stress-induced disorders, psychological diagnostics, differential diagnosis, psychotherapeutic possibilities. 6. Dissociation disorders and somatoform disorders, psychological diagnostics, differential diagnosis, psychotherapeutic possibilities, 7. Eating disorders, psychological diagnostics, differential diagnosis, psychotherapeutic possibilities 8. Personality and behavior disorders in adults, psychological diagnostics, differential diagnosis, psychotherapeutic possibilities 9. Learning outcomes
|
The course of Clinical Psychological Repetition II will be focused on clinical psychology. The topics will be focused on the area of mental disorders and the clinical psychological context of the disease. Clinical case reports of adult patients will also be used. Psychodiagnostic, differential diagnostic, psychotherapeutic and rehabilitation possibilities of the most frequent diagnostic circuits will be discussed.
The aim of the course is to acquire knowledge of clinical work and practical clinical considerations for psychologists. The aim of this course is to acquire deeper knowledge and skills in the field of clinical psychology.

active involment into the lectuers otázky ke zkoušce 1. Organické duševní poruchy (vymezení demence, mírná kognitivní porucha, subjektivní stížnosti na paměť, poruchy paměti, neuropsychologická diagnostika) 2. Organické duševní poruchy (klasifikace a etiologie demencí, nejčastější typy demencí, diagnostika) 3. Afektivní poruchy (psychologická diagnostika, diferenciální diagnostika, psychoterapeutické možnosti). 4. Poruchy psychotického spektra (psychologické diagnostika, psychologická diagnostika, diferenciální diagnostika, psychoterapeutické možnosti. 5. Neurotické poruchy (úzkostné poruchy, OCS, PTSD, psychologická diagnostika, diferenciální diagnostika, psychoterapeutické možnosti). 6. Neurotické poruchy (disociativní poruchy, somatoformní poruchy, psychologická diagnostika, diferenciální diagnostika, psychoterapeutické možnosti). 7. Poruchy osobnosti a chování u dospělých (dělení, organizace a struktura osobnosti, obranné mechanismy, psychologická diagnostika, diferenciální diagnostika, psychoterapeutické možnosti) 8. Poruchy příjmu potravy (psychologická diagnostika, diferenciální diagnostika, psychoterapeutické možnosti) 9. Psychosomatická onemocnění (psychologická diagnostika, diferenciální diagnostika, psychoterapeutické možnosti). 10. Klinicko psychologická diagnostika (klinická a testová dg, přehled testů dle jednotlivých domén tj. osobnost, paměť, pozornost, emoce, exekutivní fce). 11. Obecná psychopatologie (poruchy vědomí, emocí, paměti, vnímání, vůle, pudů.. v kontextu klinicko psychologických diagnostických metod, odraz duševních poruch (či syndromů) v autoritativních dg. metodách (MMPI-II, ROR, TAT, WAIS-III). 12. Účinné faktory v psychoterapii (obecné a specifické účinné faktory v psychoterapii, psychoterapeutický rozhovor, psychoterapeutický proces).
