Theoretical introduction to meditation practice, demonstration and practice of meditation position. Practical training in Zen meditation practice, mindfulness and insight meditation. Practicing Metta meditation + tasting of other guided meditation. Discussion and sharing, tips on home practice.

Learning outcomes
|
Practical training of meditation, personal experience in meditation. The use at coping anxiety and stress, development of peace, will, self-control, self-knowledge, mindfulness and insight, cultivation of mind. Connections with existentially - analytical approach in psychology.
Getting a basis for own meditation practice, its use for self-cultivation and better management of life.

Own deeper interest in self-knowledge, willingness to grow, studying psychology.

Seminar Work
Theoretical introduction to meditation practice, demonstration and practice of meditation position. Practical training in Zen meditation practice, mindfulness and insight meditation. Practicing Metta meditation + tasting of other guided meditation. Discussion and sharing, tips on home practice. Periodic attendance, comfortable clothes, activity in the discussion. Reading recommended literature, home meditation practice. Essay on the basis of recommended literature and own meditation practice.
