Learning outcomes
The subject tylistics of Dutch Language is part of the Thesis Module and learns the students to write well structured and substantiated essays. In the theoretical part of the course the students acquire a survey of different argumentation theories and of different types of texts. The course focuses of structure and style of texts, the selection of language registers and correct grammatical use. All student output is corrected at the hand of a correction model that the students learn to use themselves.
Ability to write Dutch texts on an average level.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of Dutch on the level of the 2nd bachelor year.
