Course content
|
Debates on read texts - the basis for the work of the seminars are selected literary works and the relevant secondary literature. The seminars MLP1 MLP2 give a different selection of primary literature.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of this seminar is to give the students an insight in translations of some key works of modern and contemporary Dutch and Flemish literature, with their authors and literary historical context of the period when the work was created.
After completing the course the student will be able on the basis of the knowledge gained during the workshops and by reading primary and secondary literature, to speak reasonably about the discussed literary works, to think critically about the process of literary developments of the period.
