Course content
|
KSO/90DP Topic selection methods; use of literary resources; quotation norms; study of scientific papers; scientific work; ethic questions of scientific work; basics of research fndings presentation. Dates of state doctoral exam + thesis defence: June and December every year.

Learning outcomes
|
During four years of doctoral study programme, the postgraduate student works on his/her thesis. S/he is guided and evaluated by his/her supervisor. S/he presents his/her partial outcomes at domestic and international conferences and s/he submits articles for publishing in scientific journals. After the 2nd and the 3rd year, s/he passes partial doctoral state exam. After that, s/he is eligible to take the final doctoral state exam. The doctoral study is completed by thesis defence what approves the postgraduate student to carry out scientific research independently.
To be familiar with the academic writing and to defend successfully the thesis.

Prerequisites
|
Fulfilment of all required courses in modules 1 - 5, to receive 240 credits, positive reference of all the opponents.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral exam, Analysis of linguistic, Analyssis of the Student's Portfolio
Independent scientific work; to be able to state the main aims, to use the adequate methods in the research and in the thesis; to be able to defend all the findings reached during fours years.
