Course content
The lectures on the Polish literature history (in Polish) accompanied by some extracts from Romantic and Positivist period. Translation of Polish originals into Czech.

Learning outcomes
This course will provide an introduction to the Polish literature history of the 19th - Romanticism and Positivism.
To be able to understand at a high level the content of literary works; to be able to analyze the literary texts from Romantic and Positivist period.
Prerequisites
Very good knowledge of Polish literature history of the 18th centruy.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam

To submit three translations of selected texts, one PowerPoint presentation, 80% attendance.
