Course content
|
The practical language course aims at functional mastery of spoken and written Polish (focuses on improving all forms of communication: speaking, listening (listening comprehension), reading (reading comprehension) and writing) and it develops students' ability to interact in Polish. The principal activity is speaking on a given topic (a.o. fashion, beauty, characteristics of human appearance and character, temperament, superstitions, animals, sports, mass media, driving, accidents).

Learning outcomes
|
The goal of the course is to help students develop communication skills in Polish up to the B1 level. The classes focus on gradually expanding vocabulary and mastering the basics of Polish grammar. Individual lessons are conducted according to the structure of the textbook (see course materials).

Knowledge of basic communication skills. Basic knowledge of Polish up to the A2 level.
