Course content
. Strategy The meaning of the strategy, strategic planning model. 2. Mission and vision The sources of creating of mission and vision, Mission and Vision. 3.Strategic and situation analysis Strategy and the milieu of the firm, strategy analysis. 4. Strategy frame and strategy continuum Development of the job performance, Development of the competencies, Balanced Scorecard, Learning and growth perspective. 5. Strategic planning The levels of the strategy - business strategy, human resources development strategy, strategy of the development and education of the employees, knowledge strategy. 6. Resources of the educational strategy. Key factors of success, iceberg balance, human capital. 7. creation of the educational strategy Process of the creation, main criteria, strengths and weaknesses, strategic map. 8. Competencies Anatomy of a competence, basic and key competencies of the organization. 9. Competency models Creation of the competency models, matrix of competencies. 10. Implementation of the educational strategy Conditions of the implementation of the strategy; Steps of the implementation of the strategy; Tools of the implementation of the strategy; Strategic interval. 11. Monitoring and evaluation of the educational strategy 360grades feed-back; Measuring the level of the competencies. 12. Learning outcomes
The goal is to provide the students with basic terminological and theoretical embedding in the field of educational strategies. The study focuses on the, preparation, planning, creation, realization, implementation and evaluation of educational strategy based on competency approach.
Student is able to describe and explain the process of creating the strategy of education. Student can create a strategy of education. Student can create a competency model as the main tool of creating the education strategy. Student is capable to use the competency approach into to the process of creating the educational strategy. Student is capable to evaluate the suitability of the implementation steps of the educational strategy in particular firm milieu.
