Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the terminological and social and legislative context of education in an organization and to teach them to know the basic conditions and phases of systematic education.
Student will: - knowing and describing what falls within the context of organization education - be able to use relevant legislative standards governing education in the organization - know which phases form systematic training in the organization - will be able to prepare and implement these individual phases in the context of organization education - Can analyze educational needs
