Showing the development of andragogical thinking in C(S)(S)R - foundations of the popular education, political education, foundation of expert workplaces and departments, the concept of integral andragogy from Vladimir Joochamnn, description of the present situation. 4. The subject of andragogy. Andragogy as mobilization of human capital in the permanent social change environment, as orienting an adult in critical points of the life span, as dealing between and adult and social institutions, as a science about the connections between the synthetic status changes etc. 5.
