1. Traditional educational theories (behaviourism, humanism, cognitivism, social cognitive orientation, constructivism). Possibilities of their application to adult education. 2. Andragogy - basic terms, concepts, definitions, modalities. 3. The nature of andragogy. 4. Historical development of andragogy in the world with emphasis on the 20th and 21st centuries. 5. Development of andragogy in the Czech lands. 6. Integral andragogy V. Jochmann - definition of terms, concepts and field of action, ideological sources. 7. The subject of andragogy - definitions and details of individual definitions. 8. Andragog - roles, functions, approaches, characteristics. 9. Approaches to the object in andragogy. 10. Andragogy in the concept of M. Knowles (informal adult education, the concept of andragogy, self-directed learning, critique). 11. Adult education in the concept of P. Jarvis (humanistic concept, learning, types of learning, approaches to the object, critique). 12.
