Course content
The evolution of HR work in modern society. 2. Job analysis. 3. Methods of job and workplace analysis. 4. Workforce planning. 5. Recruiting and hiring the workforce into the organization 6. Selection process and adaptation of new employees. 7. Creation of criteria for personnel selection. 8. Evaluation of work performance. 9. Motivating work performance and stabilizing employees in the organization. 10. Rewarding performance based on appraisal results.
