Course content
1. Adult educators, trainer requirements and competences. Participants in adult education and their specificities. 2. Preparation of the lecturer for adult education. Principles for the development of preparation. Content of the preparation, didactic analysis of the curriculum. Procedural aspect of preparation. Lecturer's work with preparation in teaching and the importance of written preparation. 3. Learning objectives and their structure. Taxonomy of learning objectives. Requirements for the characteristics of learning objectives. 4. Adult learning process and its characteristics. Stages and phases of learning in terms of traditional and constructivist conceptions. Principles of effective adult learning. 5. Traditional and activation methods in adult education. Their nature and importance, advantages and disadvantages. Application of selected teaching methods in their different stages and phases. 6. Diagnostics and evaluation of adult learning. Requirements for qualified diagnosis. Diagnostic and evaluation methods of teaching process and results. Possible errors in diagnosing and evaluating adult learners in teaching. 7. Strategic approach to staff training. 8. The learning environment in the organization. 9. Integration of learning in the organization - strategic and competence approach. 10. Systematic and planned learning in the organization. 11. Competences and competence models. 12. Experiential learning. Terminological divisions. Types of experiential learning. Advantages and disadvantages of experiential learning. 13. Creation of experience, facilitation of reflection.
