Course content
|
In addition to the basic definition of the area of interest, the subject of social psychology is divided into three larger thematic areas. Each area is divided into sub-themes and theories as follows: 1) Definition of the subject of social psychology, research methods and strategies of social psychology. 2) Social influences - conformity, social facilitation, theory of social learning, socialization, influence of family and environment, social role. 3) Social relations - theory of social interaction, theory of attachment, social group; theory of communication; aggression and violence. 4) Social thinking - social perception, forming impressions, attribution theory, self-efficacy, attitudes, specific attitudes - prejudices and stereotypes.

Learning outcomes
|
The attention of the discipline is focused on the external factors, which form the personality of a person, especially the social factors, with which the individual enters into interactions. Social psychology seeks to determine the impact of the social environment on the development of an individual as a social being, and also studies the impact of this influence on the individual's current behavior, thinking and feeling, which also influences and changes this social context.
- student knows individual processes of impression forming; - student can define the processes of attributing responsibility; - student can reproduce the main topics of social psychology. - student can actively attend the social interaction; - student can support the positive features of social interaction. - student is capable to identify rising social conflicts in the milieu.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Written exam
Active participation in lessons. The exam has a written test form.
