Course content
The process leading to the completion of course: 1) Student will become familiar with the offer of practice (see the website of the Department) 2) Student will appeal trainer and arrange a written form of practice 3) Student reports the result of agreement to the guarantor practice 4) After practice student informs the guarantor about its completion 5) Evaluation of practice and the credit after a personal interview with the guarantor of practice Student will be involved into the activities according the current offer: - Participation on preparing a research design - Questioning - Data processing - Participation on preparing a research report Students could take part either in a single research or within more researches (or phases of one research).

  • Semestral Work - 40 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
To gain experience and to broaden skills related to sociological research.
After completing the subject, students will have gotten practical knowledge through participation on various research stages. By receiving practice skills during the study will increase their employability on the labour market.
Prerequisites
Sociological internship is primarily destined for MA student of the Sociology program, and for students of other social science fields at the Palacky University.

Assessment methods and criteria
Dialog, Final Report

Active participation in practice according to agreement with the supervisor (elaboration of requested tasks, written internship's final report).
