Sociology of work and enterprise as an applied sociological discipline provides basic information on the social context of work and its reflection in the industrial and post-industrial society. The discipline enables understanding of the social context of work and provides a theoretical explanation of the problems of men in the economical system. Specific problems of men in the system of management is solved by the sociology of enterprise conceived as a cultural system.
