Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic theoretical concepts of development of personnel management in modern society. At the same time, the student will be familiar with the main current trends in the use of personnel activities in the organization. Students will be able to apply basic personal activities to a particular organizational environment with the acceptance of possible specifics that the application brings to the corporate environment.
