Management in education, state administration, and local government. External and internal environments of organizations and their analysis. Selected management theories. Communication. Managerial functions, roles, competencies. Organizational culture. Change management process and its phases with regard to employee diversity. The aim of the course is to present knowledge about the management of organizations and the context of the current educational (and the school) system with the aim to apply it on the management of educational institutions.
