Course content
1. International Classification of Diseases the 10th revision - 2. Organic psychical disorders, including symptomatic. 3. Psychical disorders and behavioural disorders induced by the psychoactive substances abuse. 4. Schizophrenia, schizotypal psychic disorder and disorders with delusions. 5. Disorders of moods - Affective disorders. 6. Neurotic disorders, disorders caused by stress and somatoform disorders. 7. Behavioural syndromes connected with physiological disorders and somatic factors. 8. Personality and behavioural disorders among the adults. 9. Mental retardation. 10. Disorders of the psychic development. 11. Disorders of behaviour and emotions with their beginning usually in childhood and adulthood. 12. Approaches to the bearers of individual psychical and behavioural disorders. Therapy of the disorders.

Learning outcomes
In this discipline it is overviewed the brief list of the psychic disorders and diseases on the basis of the International classification of diseases - the 10th revision, in its part of psychotic disorders and behavioural disorders. The lecture has its introduction in characteristic of the main groups of psychotic disorders and then the students are taught about particular classification of individual diseases and about the most important disorders themselves. The discipline provides a survey of mental disorders and diseases of both the adult and child age.
- student knows the differences between the present classification system of psychical disorders and behavioural disorders any the previous systems; - student can name basic characteristics of all ten basic groups of psychical disorders. - student can look up individual psychical and behavioural disorders in available classification system; - student can name basic diagnostic criteria of psychical and behavioural disorders according to the classification system. - student is eligible to define the psychical disease bearer limits and choose appropriate activity strategies

Colloquium has a form of a group discussion in groups of five students.
