Course content
Course content: Project management Project preparation - cycles and phases; creation of the plan, objectives, activities, budget Project templates Project planning, time planning, schedules Project risks Implementation and control of the project progress, project roles Project closure Project evaluation - process and impact Analysis of project plans

Learning outcomes
The course is focused on acquiring knowledge and developing skills related to the preparation and subsequent management of projects. It will cover the entire project cycle: from project planning, organizing, managing, obtaining resources to achieving project objectives. It also includes the evaluation of processes and impacts.
After successfully completing the course, the student will be familiar with project management, searching for project calls, and understand the essence of formulating project requests.
Prerequisites
Basic familiarity with project management.

Final project

Active participation in teaching. Development of a project plan.
