Learning outcomes
|
The course is focused on acquiring knowledge and developing skills related to the preparation and subsequent management of projects. It will cover the entire project cycle: from project planning, organizing, managing, obtaining resources to achieving project objectives. It also includes the evaluation of processes and impacts.
After successfully completing the course, the student will be familiar with project management, searching for project calls, and understand the essence of formulating project requests.
