Learning outcomes |
The aim of this discipline is to acquaint students with the basic principles of formal organization functioning in modern society. Modernity is understood in this course from the sociological perspective of social development. The basic principle of a modern formal organization is included in the social context and argued by theoretical approaches of individual theorists. Reflection of this argumentation in the functioning of a profit organization and above all in the management of its members.
