Course content
1. Experiential learning and outdoor training ? basic principles, terminology, feedback 2. Concepts for experiential learning ? dramaturgy, concept flow, Johari window 3. Implementation of educational plan 4. Evaluation of developmental programme 5. Interconnection with other HR processes

Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
The aim is to provide practical support for the creation of outdoor programs in the context of human resource management in the organization, participants develop the ability to apply knowledge gained by studying the theories of adult education, especially in the organizational environment on specific subjects. 1. Outdoor training. 2. Experiential learning cycle. 3. Teamwork. 4. Program development. 5. Tutor. 6. Phases of the program. 7. Dramaturgy. 8. Implementation of the development program. 9. Feedback & review. 10. Calculation. 11. Costing. 12. Links to other HR processes.
The aim of this course is to acquire skills in planning, implementing, evaluating and use the incomes of the outdoor programme. Students know fundamental models in experience learning and their application in the organisational environment.
Prerequisites
Passing the course Introduction to Andragogy and Education in Enterprise.

Assessment methods and criteria
Essay

Min 80% presence in the course, tasks fulfiling, writing a seminar paper.
