Learning outcomes
|
The aim is to provide practical support for the creation of outdoor programs in the context of human resource management in the organization, participants develop the ability to apply knowledge gained by studying the theories of adult education, especially in the organizational environment on specific subjects.
The aim of this course is to acquire skills in planning, implementing, evaluating and use the incomes of the outdoor programme. Students know fundamental models in experience learning and their application in the organisational environment.

Min 80% presence in the course, tasks fulfiling, writing a seminar paper.
