Learning outcomes |
The goal of this course is to introduce outdoor training as a part of system of corporate education and experiential education as well. It focuses on development of work groups. Team work and theory of the social group are parts of the course.
Student knows: - general principle of the team cooperation, - principles of the experiential education/learning, - possible ways of using the principles of the team cooperation and the principles of experiential education/learning into the human resources development milieu. Student can: - plan an outdoor programme, - use basic options of evaluation of outdoor programmes. Student is capable to: - distinguish particular outdoor programmes according to their goals, - assess the offer of particular programme and its balance with the demands of the organization. |

Dialog
It is necessary to fulfil the correspondence task to gain the colloquium. This task will make the basis for the oral test. |
