Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to characterize, analyze, explain, evaluate and realize: the personality of the lecturer and his / her role in adult education, prerequisites for successful completion of the educational process, communicative skills in the lecturer's work, the lecturer's coping with difficult situations and workloads, designing and implementing the educational process and preparation of teaching goals, delimitation of basic curriculum, work of lecturer with traditional and innovative methods in educational process, analysis of preparation and realization, constructivist procedures in andragogy, three-phase learning model, methods of critical thinking, creation of study and educational text, work of lecturer in traditional and innovative forms of educational process , lecturer work with traditional and innovative teaching aids, diagnosis and evaluation in adult education.
