1. Definition of quantitative research, language, theory and method 2. Research process, research problem, cycle and objectives of the research process 3. Research strategy, advantages of quantitative approach, data sources 4. Preparation of the research project 5. Selection of cases 6. Operationalization, hypothesis creation 7. Creation of questionnaire - questions, dramaturgy 8. Data collection - practice, role of interviewer 9. Data matrix, data quality control 10. Data analysis 11. Research ethics, ethical principles 12. Processing of results, interpretation, presentation, research report
