Course content
|
Themes: The different role of the adult learner. Changes related to development, maturation and involution. Manifestations of age changes in physical signs and physiological processes. Changes in the nervous system and sensory organs. Changes in psychomotor skills, sensorimotor functions and cognitive functions. Learning styles in adulthood. Effective creation and use of reserve brain capacity. Memory training. Motivation for learning and education in adulthood. Facilitating adult learners. Psychosocial aspects of learning and education. Load, fatigue, prerequisites for successful learning in adulthood.
