Learning outcomes
|
The course aims to familiarize students with the basic aspects of project management and to learn them about how to use key methods and tools in planning and managing all activities related to projects.
The student will understand the basis of project management, will understand its advantages and will be able to apply the principles of project management in its subsequent work practice once succesfully completing the course.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Final project
Design your own project. This project proposal will be: - processed by three students; - relevant to the field of study of the students or to their field of work; - the theme of the project itself could be of a commercial, non-profit or scientific basis; - the structure of the project proposal will follow the structure of the sample project; - in the written form, the project proposal will have approximately 10 standard pages and as an annex, the budget in detail; - the written form of the project proposal (in the form of an editable document, i.e. *.doc, etc.) will be sent to the e-mail of the tutor.
