Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to characterize, analyze and explain: environment and its climate, dimension of environment (material, personal, social, culture), environment of organization system, organization as a social unit (formal and informal structure, determinants of organizational structure, personality and organizational behavior, behavior and relationships of individuals in organization, employees, managers and management, culture,) climate of organization - factors and factors that are important for the climate of organization (subjective and objective), relationships between individual system, environment (organization) and individual behavior, multidimensional concepts of organization climate, differences between environment climate, organization climate , climate of operation, culture of organization, types, types, effects of climate of organization, favorable (positive, healthy) climate of organization, importance of climate of organization for employee satisfaction and required performance, climate change of organization as a complex and long-term process.
