The course brings information about basic institutes of private law for students who do not study law. It explains e. g. capacity to act or parental responsability.

Assessment methods and criteria |
Seminar Work
The student is obliged to write down an essay about an issue concerning a civil law problem from his own experience. The legal terminology is not require, but the student shall deal with new information achieved in the course. The essay shall have at least 3 pages and shall be submitted before 30th of June. |
