Philosophical background of organizational climate research. Positivist and phenomenological approaches. Organizational climate as a psychosocial phenomenon and a specific phenomenon. Quantitative research. Organizational climate as a dependent and independent variable. Problems with interpretation and generalization of research findings and results. Questionnaires and sociometrics. Quality research. Observations and interviews. Questions of subjective burden. Data description and literary (artistic) language. Self research concept.
