Course content
1. Environment, culture, climate. 2. Dimensions of the environment (material, personnel, social, culture). 3. Organization as a social unit, culture of institution, organization. 4. Elements, structure, content, strength and resources of organizational culture. 5. Organizational culture, strategy, performance and the individual in education and training institution. 6. The climate of the organization - agents and factors that are important for the climate of the organization. 7. Relationships between the system of the individual, the environment (organization) and individual behavior. 8. Multidimensional concepts of organizational climate. 9. Types, types, effects of the organization's climate and its culture. 10. Organizational climate changes as a complex and long-term process. 11. Model of organizational culture change. 12. Researches of the culture and climate of educational institutions (level of analysis, indicators, processing).

Learning outcomes
The subject is focused on the culture and climate of organizations. Its aim is to present organizational culture as a set of basic beliefs, values, attitudes and behavioral norms that are shared within a given institution. Compared to culture, climate is considered a psychosocial phenomenon, which is related to the perception, experience and evaluation of the environment of the organization or its parts by the agents of the environment of the institution (primarily employees and managers). The focus is on creation, types and effects, possible changes and the importance of the culture and climate of the organization. Selected researches on organizational climate and institutional culture are presented.
