Course content

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the field of business communication and modern conception of etiquette, whose knowledge is essential for all future managers, entrepreneurs, traders and other workers who come into contact with people within their profession. The course consists of two main thematic parts: business etiquette (business dress, social dining, work and social events, workplace behavior, visits and business trips, signing contracts etc.) and business communication (customer communication, company communication, negotiation, presentation etc) .) International specifics are included in the explanation.
Knowledge of the rules of business communication and modern etiquette in the Czech Republic with regard to differences in other cultures.
