The discipline is focused on the psychological and sociological aspects of the organizational environment. It is mainly about integrating an individual into the organization's system, motivating employees based on motivational theories, defining the concepts of career in an organization, organizational structure, organizational culture, dynamics of organizational relationships. Applying psychological and sociological theoretical arguments for leading people in the organization.
