Course content

1. Basics of the concept of andragogy as an integral science. 2. The supporting sciences of integral andragogy and their profiling. 3. Approaches to the structure of integral andragogy. 4. Basic methodological aspects of integral andragogy in comparison with pedagogy. 5. Historical and theoretical sources of integral andragogy. Inspired by Vladimír Jochmann and Dušan Savičevič 6. Education, especially adult education, 7. Culture and animation as andragogic categories. 8. Professionalization and personal development. Employment policy and its instruments. Retraining - theoretical and practical context. 9. Counseling and social interventions of andragogy 10. Social engineering and its risks. Expert and engineering culture in education and their reflection in basic documents. 11. Ethical dilemmas and their solutions. 12. Lifelong learning as a project and ideology.

The aim of the course is to characterize andragogy as an integral scientific discipline, which integrates parts of human life through its activities in education, professional development, care and counseling.
