1. Background of the integral andragogy concept. Integral andragogy in the scientific system. Internal structure of integral andragogy as a science and a study programme. The issue of the inter-disciplinarily and intra-disciplinarily. The issue of legitimization of the curriculum of andragogy as a study programme. 2. Discussion toward the philosophical-sociological, anthropological, psychological and pedagogical context of integral and integrative concept of andragogy. Methodological aspects of the relationship between integral andragogy, andragogy in its narrow form and pedagogy. 3. Historical and theoretical sources of integral andragogy. Andragology, praxeology, socio-technique. Polish inspirations of the Jochmann approach. Sociological structural functionalism of V. Jochmann and the Dutch conception in the theory of Ten Have. 4. Anthropological concept of animation as an andragogical category. Internal structure of animation. The presumptions of animation in the cultural-anthropological and socio-anthropological concept. 5. Identification of the human resources mobilisation milieu - andragogical applications of the sociological researchers. Identification of the educational needs. Work analysis. Labour market analysis. Socio-demographic analysis. Sociological research and "socio-technical procuration". 6. Between knowledge and change - issues in the legitimization of the social intervention. Ethical aspects of the social intervention. Social engineering and its limits. (K. Popper) 7. General trends and foundation of the social intervention at work. Learning outcomes
|
Integral andragogy is presented as specific concepts of science about mobilization of human capital, based on cultural anthropology, sociology and psychology. In the form of field of study integral andragogy profiles in social work and care in the personnel area and the area of cultural awareness. The aim is to clarify the antireductionism concept of andragogy in the system context of culture, economy and politics.
Student: - knows the main sources of integral andragogy, - can describe the anthropological and sociological context of integral andragogy and - knows the relationship between integral andragogy and andragogy in its narrow form and other disciplines. Student can use the theoretical knowledge of integral andragogy in the praxis of culture, economy, and politics. Student is capable to choose optimal way of andragogical intervention.

Mark
To gain the credit, it is necessary to work out the correspondence task. To get to the exam it is necessary to gain the credit. The exam has an oral test form.
