1. A reflection on the sources of integral andragogy. The development of the science of adult education in the 1960s in the Czech Republic. 2. The integral concept of 'adult pedagogy'. V. Jochmann's Polish inspirations, particularly social pedagogy, praxeology and socio-technology. The relationship between integral andragogy and andragogy in the narrower sense, and pedagogy. 3. European reflections on andragogy: Tonko Tjarko ten Have, Dušan Savićević and Nikola Pastuović 4. The social and political context of adult education: UNESCO 5. Lifelong education and learning, formal, non-formal education and informal learning, and research into these 6. Theories of adult learning and their significance in learning and education 7. Neoliberalism in adult education and learning 8. Critical theory in adult education/andragogy. 9. Jarvis's conception of adult learning: the concept of dissonance, the notion of experience and the model of the learning process 10. Learning outcomes
|
Integral andragogy is presented as a specific, broad conception of the science of human capital mobilization, drawing on cultural anthropology, sociology, and psychology. As an academic discipline, integral andragogy focuses on the fields of social work and care, human resources, and cultural education. The goal is to clarify the anti-reductionist concept of andragogy within the systemic contexts of culture, economics, and politics. The curriculum is included in the topics covered in the state final examination.
