Course content
1) Introduction - what exactly are the human resources 2) Role of human resources and human resources departments in the organization - company. 3) The organization of human resources management - how can HR departments look 4) How to attract new people - recruitment, employer branding, EVP, CV, interview management, diagnostics 5) How to manage performance - setting goals, employee evaluations, competency models 6) How to educate employees - training plan, useful sources of information 7) How to develop the best - talent management, succession planning 8) How do I get rid of those who do not want to leave - outplacement, crucial talks 9) How to reward and appreciate - what is important, what works, what less, and what not at all, wage surveys, pay scale, the structure of wages, benefits 10) Information systems and digitization of personnel work. 11) Practical knowledge of labor law implementation in a manufacturing company 12) Collective relations, trade unions, what they were going and how to deal with them 13) How to measure the success of people management and HR performance - what interests Korporata - KPIs, employee survey 14) How do you keep mental health and wellbeing in the role of HR

Learning outcomes
Introducing students to the functioning of departments and people management systems in commercial enterprises, transfer of practical experience and guidance and attempt a critical revision of the theoretical concepts from textbooks and clarification as may or may not work in practice. Talk about topics that attract students and the opportunity to create their own design concepts. Practical training in some situations they may encounter in everyday life.
