Learning outcomes

The aim of Education in Enterprise is to introduce students to terminology and legislation of education of employees. The lecture is focused on performance management, management by competencies and Balanced Scorecard following with strategically, competence and systematical approach.
- Student can describe and distinguish the key terms from the field of education in enterprise. - Student can describe the main principles of the Balanced Scorecard method, competency management and job performance management. - Student can suggest the usage of the Balanced Scorecard method, competency management and job performance management in the context of education in enterprise - Student is able to use the competency approach in the context of education in enterprise.

Assessment methods and criteria

Mark
Credit: to gain the credit it is necessary to solve the set case study and present the main outcomes. The case study will be set to the students on the tutorial. To get to the exam it is necessary to gain the credit. Exam: The exam has a written test form.
