The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the terminology and social and legislative context of education in enterprises and teach them to know the basic conditions and phase of systematic education in enterprises.
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the terminological and social and legislative context of corporate education and to teach them to know the basic conditions and phases of systematic corporate education. Student will: - to know and to describe what falls within the context of corporate education - be able to use relevant legislative standards governing corporate education - know which phases form systematic corporate training - will be able to prepare and implement these individual phases in the context of corporate education - Can analyze educational needs
