Course content
1. Communication process (meaning of the term communication and definition of the contents of the term, parts of the communication process, influence of a person's personality on the communication process) 2. Basic forms of communication (particular forms of communication, differences in the forms of communication, principles of choice and suitable use of forms of communications) 3. Communication techniques (assertive behaviour - principles and skills, art of listening, art of asking questions) 4. Ways of information transmission (principles of written transmission, personal transmission of information and phone calls)

Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
The objective is to introduce the students into the basic terms and starting points of time and stress management. The course is delivered in the form of interactive training. It is focused on strengthening the mechanisms of efficient time management, understanding one's performance line, identification of mistakes and time thieves, the ability to set priorities and goals, to deny inadequate requirements and to delegate. Further on the creation of one's own stress map, realization of the need to relax and rest on behalf of one's own performance.
