Course content
Evaluation, evaluation, internal and external evaluation; the importance of educational evaluation for the development of individuals and organizations; theoretical and application (legislative) framework of evaluation processes in Czech education. The context of evaluation in education of children and adults, approaches to evaluation in adult education (Kirkpatrick, Hamblin and others). Evaluation process, its phases, rules and levels at which it can take place; advantages and pitfalls of the evaluation process, methods and their specifics: mouth or questioning: interview, questionnaire, observation, testing / test. Evaluation of learning outcomes (work with mistakes). Evaluation of educational needs, educational programs, teaching process, educational outcomes.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the discipline is to clarify the purpose, possibilities and principles of evaluation of educational action and its importance for the development of various actors.
Students will be able to: 1. characterize the purpose, possibilities, principles of evaluation and the phase of the evaluation process; clarify the importance of evaluation for data-based decision-making; 2. Identify identical and different features of evaluation and research and evaluation in the education of pupils and adults 3. to clarify the importance of educational evaluation for further development of various actors (educated, educators, educational organizations, etc.); 4. Explain the principle of construction and suitability of using basic evaluation methods and tools 5. to design and defend an evaluation project for two different training events and to propose three different evaluation techniques for these evaluations (estuary and questioning: interview, questionnaire, observation, testing / test).
